Currently Unsure where to put all this

If you are too ill to get to the surgery, the doctor will see you at home. Please telephone before 10.00 am, whenever possible, so that the doctors can plan their rounds.

To See The Doctor Or Nurse

We use an appointment system, for your convenience. We will always try to give you an appointment with your usual doctor, whenever possible. Emergency appointments are available each day for people with very urgent medical problems that cannot wait until the next routine appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please ring and cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.

Repeat Prescriptions

You may request repeat prescriptions by writing in, or by asking at reception. However, please could you allow our staff 48 hours to prepare your prescription, whenever possible, so that they can have your prescription checked and signed by your doctor. If you live more than one mile from a chemist we can dispense prescription to you from the surgery.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities

Community Staff attached to the Practice: A number of community health care specialists are attached to the Practice, such as District Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives and Psychiatric Nurses.

We aim to offer our patients the best possible medical care. As with all NHS organisations, abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour towards the doctors and Practice staff is not acceptable and may result in removal from the Practice list.
